Name: Kurosaki Ichigo
Age: 15
Gender Male
Birthday: July 15
Height: "5,8"
Weight:135 lbs
Appearance: Ichigo has bright orange hair, something that has been plaguing him for years, because everyone criticizes him for having such hair. Those people believe that it is bleached, and, not matter how much he tells them, they never believe that is natural. He wears a constant scowl, which he holds on his face on purpose just because he wants to do such. Seeing him smile is truly a rare sight, because of the previously mentioned fact. As per regular day, he wears his school uniform which seems to be a grayish jacket and pants, over a white collared shirt. The zipper, which goes down the length of the jacket, is colored an orange-red hue.
While he is in his “shinigami mode”,Ichigo wears a slightly different form of the shinigami outfit.Ichigo's suit is made up of a kimono,a white sash, bandages and a red colored rosery that leads from his right shoulder to his left side.Ichigo's kimono's sleeves stop at about mid arm falling just below his elbows, and his shinigami pants fall below his shins ,just above his feet revealing his shinobi styled sandals and white socks.Ichigo's mid section is wrapped in bandages and so is his right arm.
When he unleashes his vizard powers(or spiritual powers), Ichigo turns half hollow and becomes a more evil version of himself. After this transformation Half of Ichigo's head is taken over by a red white and orange hollow mask, the eye of the mask is a deep shade of orange and the stripes below the eye are red, leaving the majority of the mask in a milky shade of white.other than this Ichigo's uniform is still in place and his zanpakuto is still intact.
Personality: Ichigo is one of the most complex characters in all of the Bleach universe. On one hand, when he is at home, he is generally caring, as shown through his attitude towards his sisters, whom he usually watches out for. His dad is excluded, because Isshin does attack Ichigo every day, he has no other option but to attack right back, lest he be hit every single day. But, underneath that, he still holds a respect for his father, because of what he has done for the family (even though Ichigo will never admit to that).
Ichigo is very hard on himself, shown by many things, but two in particular. The first of these things is that he blames himself for the death of his mother. Ever since the day she died, he has been feeling very guilty, due to the fact that he was the nearest and he believes it to be his fault that she was killed. But, this feeling was multiplied twofold, however temporarily, when he found out that not only did his mother die, but her soul was eaten by a hollow.
While at school, he tries very hard, because the teachers do not like him very much, due to the color of his hair. He believes in the teachers being prejudiced, something that has yet to be proved, but can be assumed to be true. So, in order to counter any comments that they may have for him, he keeps his grades up so that no one can really say anything too bad to him. Towards his friends, he is a caring person, though he does not show this in any form. Due to his name and what his mother told him, he feels that it is his duty to protect everyone around him, and so he works hard to do so.
Ichigo has many sides of his personality meaning that he acts differently with certain people.with his family Ichigo is generaly caring especialy to his two kid sisters who he shows much love and affection, but with his dad thats a different story Ichigo tends to ignore him for the most part due to his extreme stupidity and reckless endangerment of his and his sister's lives(or random attacks).Ichigo outside of his house is a cold and distant person to be around he ignores all of the girls for the most part but he does give two of them more attention than others Tatsuki and Orihime, even though this is true Ichigo never wants to smile around them he puts on a show of no emotions but he is constantly in an emotional state especialy on the day of his mothers death.Ichigo treats his friends with great respect and he has a sort of protection complex for his friends he tries to help them do beter in school,Ichigo treats Chad the best out of all of his pals at school because of the day in the near past that chad helped him out of a tight bind and they became good friends constantly watching each other's backs.
The final side of Ichigo is his attitude in battle,Ichigo has a cool head for the most part in battle, but when someone endangers his friends lives he flies off of the handle and attacks in a wild and unpredictable manor, but there is a sort of control to this that Ichigo dosen't let show.Ichigo when in the heat of battle remembers all of the training and techniques that he's learned and implements them to his situation.
Sealed Zanpakutô: While in it's sealed state Ichigo keeps Zangetsu on his back, not because he wants to but it's the only place that a sword such as his can rest with enough support. If placed on his waist it would throw off his ballance and eventualy land him in a death chair in battle. The sealed form of Zangetsu is silver and black in color and it has no hilt, actualy the hilt of Zangetsu is wrapped in bandages and it is tied off at the base revealing two long strands of cloth.Ichigo's sword is about the length of his body and it is almost as wide as him.The blade itself is a cleaver that has a funny shape,it is sharp at the end but as it goes back to the hilt the blade curves and drops at a curved angle which connects to his hilt.
Shikai Description: The released form of Zangetsu is a longer and more elegant cleaver blade.Ichigo's sword stands as tall as he does so hen carries it on his back.Zangetsu's hilt is wrapped in bandages and extends to cover the blade when Ichigo is not in battle.the apperance of his blade looks as if a piece of the white moon sliced into a black hole in an elegant cleaver shape as ive said before.
Zanpakutô Spirit: The spirit of Zangetsu resembles a 30 to 40 year-old man, and Ichigo calls him "old man" or "uncle" , ossan?) as a result. Zangetsu has also been called the "black-clothed man" ,( kokui no otoko?). Zangetsu is portrayed as wise and calm in most matters, and fond of testing Ichigo in unusual ways, many of which have a purpose completely contrary to the stated goal.Zangetsu looks like an old man,he wears a long ragged robe that shrouds his feet in a shredded cloth,Zangetsu has long black hair that falls to his shoulders.Zangetsu has a little facial hair that isn't too thick so it dosen't restrict a full shot of his face.zangetsu also has a white collar at the top of his robe that holds up under his chin.zangetsu also wears glasses with a small frame the shine in the light usualy blocking a visual into his eyes.
Release: Ichigo's Zanpakuto is one of two swords that cannot be sealed so therefore it has no phrase or movement that opens it, he carries it around in its released form at all times.Ichigo's sword is so powerful that it cannot be restricted form unleashing it's power.
Bankai:
Ichigo's final release transformation is a fairly short one, first Ichigo concentrates his power into a small sphere inside hid chest then he extends his blade in front of his body.Ichigo then concentrates his power into his blade and the blade then fires off a blast of light energy that has the after effect of engulfing Ichigo in a tornado of power. When Ichigo reveals himself his appearance has changed He now wears a long red and black cape that is secured in the middle and he also wears black pants and boots.Ichigo's hair stays the same but his attitude changes to a more serious Ichigo that rareley shows up.Ichigo's Sword changes as well the hilt of the blade loses the bandages and becomes black with two short streamers tailing behind it,and the blade itself changes to a long japanese katana (like those of samurai times.
The final transformation is a compression of Ichigo's power although it dosen't seem that way.Ichigo slowly releases power throughout this transformation but the power can also be released in big bursts as demonstrated in the anime.
Inner Hollow: Ichigo's hollow spirit is a more evil version of Ichigo himself, as is common with humans who become hollows. The spirit is confident in his own superiority, and mocks Ichigo's inability whenever he gets the opportunity, although he does relish the thought of one day controlling Ichigo's power for himself. He's also fond of taunting other opponents about their own weaknesses, another trait common amongst hollows. He is sadistic, lusts after killing, and in both the anime adaption and video games is prone to fits of lunatic laughter. His most distinguishing characteristic is the psychotic, bloodthirsty smile that is constantly seen on his face.
Ichigo's inner hollow is the exact opposite of Ichigo himself. His inner hollow is almost pure white but his kimono is in the reverse order of ichigo's instead of being black and white it is now white with a black trim. The inner hollow's hair is pure white an his face is a slightly darker white. It's eyes are bright yellow and its teeth look to be black but are really grey.the center of the pupil of the spirits eye is pitch black like a black hole ,slightly soulless in appearance.
Hollow Abilities: Ichigo's hollow powers have manifested themselves in different ways. Initially, Ichigo's hollow mask would appear on his body to block fatal blows, which Ichigo never noticed until after the fact. During his battle with Byakuya Kuchiki, the mask appeared on his face when he was near death, allowing his inner hollow to take over until Ichigo suppressed it. The same event is repeated multiple times after that, though Ichigo's ability to suppress it got quicker each time. Eventually, Ichigo's ability to suppress his hollow got quick enough that he could suppress it almost instantly. However, doing so left him effectively paralyzed during such periods, since his concentration was focused on suppressing it rather than fighting.
While his inner hollow is dominant, Ichigo is able to ignore any current injuries and becomes far faster and stronger than normal. The arrancar Ulquiorra has claimed that Ichigo's hollow-enhanced strength is even greater than his own when berserk, but fluctuates widely; Ichigo's fluctuations were the primary reason why he let Ichigo survive their first encounter.
While he was in training with the vizard, Ichigo's physical body was completely overcome by his inner hollow for a short period, causing his body to completely transform into a hollow. As a full hollow, Ichigo demonstrated several high-level abilities, including instantaneous regeneration, enhancement of limbs, and the ability to fire cero blasts from his fingers. However, this form didn't last long as Ichigo emerged from the hollow shell as his standard shinigami self.
After training with the vizard and subjugating his inner hollow, Ichigo can use his hollow mask while retaining his personality, but only for eleven seconds at a time. During this transformation, his hollow powers supplement his shinigami powers, giving him a vast increase in both strength and speed.
History: When he was four, he joined a karate dojo, where he was still a happy little crybaby, one that was practically attached to his mother’s hand. While there, he tended to cry when he got hit, the first of those to do so being Arisawa Tatsuki. But whenever his mother showed up to pick up Ichigo, he would put on a big smile for her, much to the harmless discontent of Tatsuki. By the time he was nine years old, he was still attached to his mother’s arm, much like his father and sisters, who all loved Masaki, his mother. But, on one fateful night, he saw a girl standing on the side of the road nearest the river. The way she was looking out made Ichigo think that she was considering whether to jump or not, and, because he wanted to protect everyone, he decided to go after her. His mother recognized instantly the threat posed, and she knocked down Ichigo, effectively protecting him from the Grand Fisher’s strike. Her soul was eaten at this time, though Ichigo did not know this.
Later, he started searching along the riverside, looking for a sign of either his mother or the girl who had been standing there. Every day he would wander the riverside, searching for any hint of either person, but to no avail. And so, it was then that he stopped smiling, and he blamed himself for the death of his mother, and he expected the others to blame him as well, though none of them ever did.
Years later, he encountered Rukia, a shinigami. She explained to him what shinigami were and what the purpose of having them was. Moments after she explained, a hollow attacked the house, nearly killing all of Ichigo’s family. In a desperate attempt to goad the hollow away, he offered his life, but Rukia stopped him and stuck to him some sense. It was then that Rukia was nearly killed, saving Ichigo from making the mistake of being an offering which would ultimately not sate the hollow’s hunger.
She gave him the powers of a shinigami, and he started to do her shinigami duties, while attending his school, awaiting the recovery of her shinigami powers. Ichigo grudgingly accepted the duties, knowing that he owed her something for saving his family, and so he continued to do the work. He attracted much attention, many of it being unintentional, but the worse was when Ishida Uryuu, the Quincy, found him. Ishida challenged him to a contest, one that nearly cost many their lives, but, thanks to Ichigo and Ishida finally teaming up, they were able to destroy the hollows and drive back the menos grande.
Afterward, Rukia was seized by her brother and another shinigami named Renji. They were to take her back for breaking the rules of giving her powers without getting permission. They tried to take her, but Ichigo came and fought, almost dying. They spare his life and he is left for dead, but, luckily for him, Urahara Kisuke, the local shingami shop owner, was nearby and helped him recover not only his health, but his shinigami powers as well.
He journeyed into the Soul Society, where he fought the gatekeeper, Jindanbou. Due to his extreme training, defeating the gatekeeper was a cinch, but on the other side of the gate was Captain Ichimaru, who pushed Ichigo back out of the gate and Seireitei. Along with Yoruichi, Uryuu, Chad, Orihime, and Ganju, he entered the Seireitei via the sky in a solid black orb which pierced the shell of the Soul Society’s hub. After entering, he found that the group was split up, and the only one he was with was Ganju. After fighting Ikkaku, Renji, and Kenpachi and winning, though receiving greater wounds each time, he was healed by Yamada Hanatarou, a medic from the fourth division who Ganju and Ichigo abducted.
Soon, Yoruichi ends up taking Ichigo under her wing, after revealing her true identity to him. After this, she teaches him how to achieve bankai, by Urahara’s method of forced dominancy. He pushes and is able to stop Rukia’s execution right before her soul is decimated. He wrecks the Soukyoku, and then tells Renji to hold on to Rukia so as to save her. After hurtling her down to Renji, he faces the top members of the Gotei 13. The first three are the fukutaichous from the 1st, 2nd, and 4th companies, which he dispatches with his bare hands in a matter of seconds. After this, he faces a harder duel with Byakuya; moments before his death by Byakuya, Ichigo’s hollow self takes over, overwhelming Byakuya. Then, Ichigo struggles to regain control and makes it to become the dominant persona. They declare a final attack, and end in a victory for Ichigo, because, even though neither had the strength anymore to fight, Ichigo was able to effectively disable Byakuya’s zanpakutou.
It was then that he finds out that everything that occurred was due to the plotting mind of Captain Aizen, who had everything planned out from the beginning. Ichigo tries to kill the taichou, but his blade is stopped by one finger from Aizen, and so Ichigo is defeated by an incredible force. Finding that nothing was his fault, and that Ichigo had helped prevent a major catastrophe, the Soul Society sends Ichigo and his group off with a badge which makes him a sort of an official shinigami.
When he returns to the Soul Society, without Rukia, due to her wishes to remain in the Soul Society, he finds that he falls back into the mundane routine that he always goes through. This routine maintains itself until he meets Shinji Harako, who is strange, and he tries to recruit Ichigo for a group he calls the vaizards. The group is one that has such powers that are similar to Ichigo’s and he offers to help him control the power that he has. Ichigo does not accept this offer, but he feels slightly troubled at the fact and he wonders whether or not he should accept the deal given to him.
It was when Yammy and Ulquiorra attack Karakura town that Ichigo finally decides to join Shinji and his group. Tatsuki is the first to be attacked by the arrancar, and she is nearly killed, but Ichigo finally shows up to save her. But, unfortunately, though he does injure Yammy, he is defeated, as is Orihime, and Urahara and Yoruichi come to save them. At this point, when Ichigo was unable to save his friends from the danger of the two arrancar, he realizes that he is weak, and he starts to go into a slump.
Soon after, with Ichigo unwilling to fight as a shinigami anymore, he finds that a group of familiar shingami appear at his school. He sees Captain Toushiro, Vice Captains Matsumoto, Renji, and third and fifth seats Ikkaku and Yumichika, respectively. Rukia is the final person to enter the school room, and she goes, quite dramatically, through the window. Seeing Ichigo in a depression, she manages to bring out his will to fight once again, and she has him slay a hollow.
Soul Society played a key role in his development, forcing him into deadly confrontations with opponent's of increasing power. Where he had entered Soul Society as below the level of a Lieutenant, he left there as a Shinigami of high renown, having defeated four Lieutenants, as well as Captains Kenpachi Zaraki and Byakuya Kuchiki, in his short time there. As proof of his skill, he was awarded with a Medallion by Shinigami Captain, Jushiro Ukitake, signifying Kurosaki as a Substitute Shinigami, recognized by Soul Society as an ally and companion.
